Explore the horror and mystery of a totally unique, not asset flipped (but totally asset flipped) abandoned hospital and discover the secret hidden within.

Sanatorium was made in 12 hours for the Shitty Horror Game Jam and is intentionally bad. Is it bad or is it awful? You decide. Textures are broken, geometry is missing, and there are 3,124 more jumpscares than they ever should be in any "game".

You are locked inside the abandoned Karlheinz Asylum and must discover what lies within. Search for keys to keep moving forward. Collect the 8 notes to discover the secret of the Sanatorium!
